A versatile range of tube and fittings in both aluminium and malleable iron with galvanised tube which allows endless configurations to accommodate any requirement. By calculating the required tube section sizes, wall thickness and the spacing of uprights, we are able to meet loading requirements for most applications.
Variations in the height of the guardrail may be accommodated to suit specific requirements and fixing to virtually any substrate is possible using either standard fittings or bespoke designed bracketry where necessary.
Free Standing
The free standing guardrail system’s cantilevered design provides permanent edge protection without the need to mechanically fix the system to the building structure. This simple design provides strength and stability without the need to disrupt and subsequently make good roof coverings which is particularly beneficial for retrofit applications to existing buildings. Again, systems are available in aluminium or galvanized steel.
VersiRail is a practical solution providing a particularly attractive collective fall protection system and combined with its quality finish can also be viewed as an architectural feature on a building. VersiRail is offered in four style options, those being curved, inclined, straight and folding along with either natural, polished or powder coated finishes.
Bespoke Designed Guardrail
Gravity Solutions Limited offer a full design, supply and installation service for bespoke guardrail. Guardrail specifically designed to suit specific requirements, whilst taking into account legislation and standards, usage, aesthetics and commercial constraints.
Virtually any configuration of guardrail system may be made available incorporating handrails, intermediate rails or wires, toe boards, access gates, panels, changes in level and changes in direction on plan. Systems may be supplied in a variety of materials such as galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium with powder coating if required.
